Notice for acceptance of proposals by perspective Manager Lessees to enter into an Operating Agreement with the City for the Municipal Liquor Store. Any interested person should submit written Notice of Interest by noon on 06/11/2012 to the Finance Office – 232 N Main Ave – PO Box 37 – Bridgewater SD 57319 and shall also appear at the regular city council meeting scheduled for 06/11/2012 at 7:30 pm for consideration of said proposals. The Operating Agreement for the Municipal Liquor Store can be viewed or picked up at the Finance Office. Immediate possession may be possible. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Surplus Property For Sale:

The City of Bridgewater declared the following property surplus and is offering it for sale.
JD 445 all wheel steer lawn and garden tractor with 60" deck. It has 1116 hours, new bearings in the mower deck. Sold as is $4000 OBO. Bid envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked "Surplus Lawn Tractor" on it. The sealed bids will be accepted at the City Finance Office located 232 North Main Ave. or PO Box 37 Bridgewater SD 57319 and will be opened at the City of Bridgewater regular meeting at the same address on June 11,2012 at 7:15pm.
